Summer time is fun time in the Florida Keys!

Tarpon season is coming to an end.. Most of the migratory tarpon have moved on... Also most of the anglers too.. However there is still enough big tarpon around to gets some shots, if you put the time in..

Summer time is a great time to target resident juvenile tarpon.. These guys are fun! They will eat surface flies and top water plugs!

Lots of permit on the flats in the summer too..

Summer and fall are the best times to fish for bonefish in the Lower Florida Keys.

Big barracudas prowl the same flats as permit and bones.. These guys are increadably fast!

Violent Strikes + big jumps + hundred yard runs = Fun!

THEY ARE BACK!!!

Clint with his first permit!!

The permit have returned to the flats! For the last month, they have been off shore spawning... They are back and hungry!

Tarpon school 

Still getting shots at tons of tarpon a day... "literaly tons" The fly of choice continues to be the worm fly and the lure of choice a big soft plastic..

"Tarpon Bill" puts another juvenile tarpon in the air!

Early mornings have been productive for juvenile tarpon on suface flies and plugs..

I still have June 17th, 21-24th available!
