I trailer the boat and fish were conditions are best. Based on weather, tides target species, convience of my angler,etc.  I can meet you at any ramp from Marathon to Key West.

Key West is the most convient airport.  Miami and Fort Lauderdale both have major airports.  It is a very scenic ride on the Over Seas Highway

The lower Keys between Key West and Marathon is a laid back quiet residential area, with a few resorts, several great places to eat and end less miles of flats to fish.  Some days I do not see another skiff.
